Tropical Moonlight Punch

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Aged Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Coconut Liqueur
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Mango Puree
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the aged dark rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, mango puree, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into two chilled tiki glasses filled with crushed ice.
  5. Add a dash of Angostura bitters on top of each glass.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig before serving.
