Tropical Moonlight Punch
Ingredients
- 3 oz Aged Dark Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Mango Puree
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the aged dark rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, mango puree, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into two chilled tiki glasses filled with crushed ice.
- Add a dash of Angostura bitters on top of each glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig before serving.
