Barrel-Aged Black Velvet

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Bota Box Nighthawk Black Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon 500ml Tetra Pak
  • 4 oz Chilled Stout Beer
  • Orange zest twist (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill two champagne flutes halfway with chilled stout beer.
  2. Slowly pour the Bota Box Nighthawk Black Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the stout.
  3. Garnish each glass with a twist of orange zest.
